Commercial Manager

FigureBud is seeking an experienced and strategic Commercial Manager to lead our sales team at our main office. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing and executing our commercial strategies and driving business growth within a dynamic, tech-focused environment.


About the Role

As a Commercial Manager at FigureBud, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to increase revenue, and expanding our market presence. You will oversee all commercial activities, guide your team to achieve ambitious targets, manage key client relationships, and collaborate with senior leadership to align commercial objectives with the company's overall vision.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  4. Oversee the management of the sales pipeline and CRM systems to ensure accurate forecasting and data-driven decisions.
  5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  7. Manage the commercial budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing department to create and align sales and marketing strategies.


Required Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in a senior sales or commercial management role, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
  3. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. In-depth knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.


Work Environment

This position requires regular in-person attendance during standard business hours at FigureBud’s main office. It is a full-time, permanent role offering a chance to make a significant impact on our company's trajectory.
