UX/UI Designer

About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing visual and functional solutions that delight users and drive the success of our projects. We are looking for someone who exceeds market standards, with strategic vision and an impressive portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct user research and needs analysis to define personas and user journeys.
2. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
3. Design modern, accessible, and responsive user interfaces following UX/UI best practices.
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to iterate on designs and ensure accurate implementation.
5. Conduct usability testing and optimize experiences based on feedback and performance metrics.
6. Stay up to date with design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.

Essential Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of at least 3–5 years as a UX/UI Designer.
3. Advanced proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
4. Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital projects across various domains.
5. Solid understanding of UX principles (research, usability, information architecture) and UI principles (typography, color theory, grids).
6. Intermediate English proficiency for communication and international references.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with motion design, animations, or design systems.
2. Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
3. UX/UI certifications (e.g. Google UX Design, Nielsen Norman Group).
4. Experience with agile methodologies and remote work environments.
