Sales Assistant

FigureBud is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our sales team at our main office. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and supporting overall operations within a dynamic, tech-focused environment.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant at FigureBud, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, preparing compelling sales proposals, and maintaining accurate client databases. Beyond these core duties, you will manage and update CRM records, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales workflows, organize sales reports, track lead progress, and handle various administrative tasks including calendar management and meeting preparation. You will also support event or campaign logistics as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contact potential clients and assist in lead generation activities.
2. Prepare clear and persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
3. Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
4. Coordinate with sales and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
5. Organize and generate sales reports for tracking performance.
6. Track the progress of sales leads and follow-ups.
7. Manage administrative tasks such as calendar scheduling and meeting preparation.
8. Support the logistics of sales events and marketing campaigns as required.

Required Qualifications

1. 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within tech or finance-related fields.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Basic knowledge of CRM software; familiarity with tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
4. High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
5. Proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent organizational skills.

Work Environment

This position requires regular in-person attendance during standard business hours at FigureBud’s main office. It is a full-time role with the possibility of permanent employment following a probationary period.
